Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
Arrive at Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam and transfer to your midrange accommodation, the Slipway Hotel, for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Dar es Salaam to Saadani National Park
After breakfast, drive to Saadani National Park, which will take about 4 hours. Upon arrival, check-in at your midrange accommodation, the Tent with a View Lodge, where you'll spend the next two nights.

Days 3-4: Saadani National Park
Spend the next two days exploring Saadani National Park, which is the only wildlife reserve in Tanzania that's located on the beach. You can go on game drives, boat safaris, and beach walks to see a variety of animals such as lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, and more.

Day 5: Saadani to Mikumi National Park
After breakfast, drive to Mikumi National Park, which will take about 5 hours. Upon arrival, check-in at your midrange accommodation, the Mikumi Adventure Lodge, for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Mikumi National Park
Spend the day exploring Mikumi National Park, which is home to a variety of wildlife such as lions, elephants, zebras, impalas, and more. You can go on game drives, take a guided walk, or enjoy a sunset safari.

Day 7: Mikumi to Zanzibar
After breakfast, drive to Dar es Salaam and take a flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, transfer to your midrange accommodation, the Pongwe Beach Hotel, where you'll spend the next two nights.

Spend the day exploring Zanzibar, which is known for its beautiful beaches, cultural heritage, and spices. You can go on a city tour of Stone Town, take a spice tour, visit Jozani Forest to see the red colobus monkeys, or simply relax on the beach.
