  • Day 1: Arusha Tanzania

    Upon arrival at the Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salaam, you will be met by your driver/guide and transferred to the Protea Hotel by Marriott Dar es Salaam Courtyard. Overnight at Protea Hotel by Marriott Dar es Salaam Courtyard.

  • Day 2-4: Selous Game Reserve

    After breakfast, depart from Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve, which is about a 5-6 hour drive. Upon arrival, check-in at Selous Serena Camp, which is set amidst dense forests on the banks of the Rufiji River. Over the next 3 days, enjoy game drives, boat safaris, walking safaris, and bird watching in Selous Game Reserve. Selous Game Reserve is the largest game reserve in Africa and home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, wild dogs, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, and more. You can also enjoy a hot air balloon ride or a fishing trip in the Rufiji River. Overnight at Selous Serena Camp.

  • Day 5-7: Mikumi National Park

    After breakfast, depart from Selous Game Reserve to Mikumi National Park, which is about a 4-5 hour drive. Upon arrival, check-in at Vuma Hills Tented Camp, which is perched on the edge of the Mikumi escarpment, offering stunning views of the surrounding plains. Over the next 3 days, enjoy game drives in Mikumi National Park, which is home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, impalas, wildebeests, and more. You can also enjoy a walking safari. Overnight at Vuma Hills Tented Camp.

  • Day 8-10: Ruaha National Park

    After breakfast, depart from Mikumi National Park to Ruaha National Park, which is about a 5-6 hour drive. Upon arrival, check-in at Ruaha River Lodge, which is located on the banks of the Ruaha River and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Over the next 3 days, enjoy game drives, walking safaris, and bird watching in Ruaha National Park, which is known for its large number of elephants and its rugged terrain. Ruaha National Park is also home to a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, wild dogs, buffaloes, hippos, crocodiles, and more. You can also enjoy a visit to the nearby Iringa town or a cultural tour to learn about the local tribes. Overnight at Ruaha River Lodge.

  • Day 11: Udzungwa Mountains National Park

    After breakfast, depart from Ruaha National Park to Udzungwa Mountains National Park, which is about a 3-4 hour drive. Upon arrival, check-in at Udzungwa Falls Lodge, which is located at the base of the Udzungwa Mountains and offers stunning views of the surrounding waterfalls and forests. Over the next 2 days, enjoy hiking, bird watching, and visits to nearby waterfalls in Udzungwa Mountains National Park, which is home to a variety of endemic plant and animal species. You can also enjoy a cultural tour to learn about the local tribes or a visit to the nearby Mikumi National Park. Overnight at Udzungwa Falls Lodge.

  • Day 12: Udzungwa Mountains – Dar Es Salaam
